The museum depends on volunteers to keep the archive growing, the galleries maintained, and public programs running. Whether you have a few hours a week or want a long-term project, there is a place for you.

Collections & Archives
Help catalog, digitize, and preserve the museum's 12,000+ artifacts and research materials.
Education & Outreach
Lead tours, coordinate school visits, support public programming, and facilitate community events.
Exhibitions
Assist with exhibit preparation, label writing, gallery upkeep, and installation support.
Operations
Cover the front desk, handle visitor services, data entry, correspondence, and daily admin.
Eligible for community service hours.
All volunteer hours at the Cannabis Museum count toward community service requirements. Once approved, you get access to a personal volunteer dashboard where you can clock in and out, review your logged hours, and download service records for your school, court, or organization.
